Badnore , administers Oath of office to Karan Avtar Singh former Chief Secretary Punjab

Chandigarh (Aditi) Governor Punjab and Administrator, UT, Chandigarh Sh. V. P. Singh Badnore , administered Oath of office to Karan Avtar Singh former Chief Secretary Punjab, as the Chairman of Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority(PWRDA) while two members Sh Surinder Singh Kukal and Sh Sushil Gupta were also sworn in through video conference from Raj Bhawan , C M Punjab capt Amarinder Singh also attended the ceremony.
