Bar Council says, resolution against AG Atul Nanda Arbitrary

Chandigarh (Aditi) The Punjab & Haryana Bar council held an emergent meeting to discuss issue arising out of dismembering Advocate General, Punjab Atul Nanda from the primary membership of High court Bar Association. Bar Council unanimously resolved that High Court Bar resolution against Mr. Nanda is arbitrary although supported Bar Association demand to start physical hearing in High Court.
