Chandigarh, (Gurpreet) : Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), a ‘Maharatna’ & a Fortune Global 500 Company, announced its sponsorship for the 16th edition of BAJA SAEINDIA 2023 event to be held from 15th Feb to 18th Feb, 2023 at Natrix, Madhya Pradesh.
BAJA SAE is a competition organized globally by the Society of Automotive Engineers, USA simulating real world engineering design projects and its related challenges for the undergraduate engineering students. Over 15 editions, the competition has engaged thousands of students and professionals from the engineering community.
The 16th edition with its strategies revamped, redefines the definition of competitive motorsports.
This year as well BAJA SAEINDIA will be conducting the event in two categories mBAJA for Motorist vehicle in Peethampur and EBaja for electric Charging vehicle in Punjab. Both the events, are expected to witness a total participation from 195 teams and over 6000 budding engineers from colleges across India with 20% of participation coming in from women engineers.
