Enforcement Wing of Estate Office UT Chandigarh carries out a demolition drive

Enforcement Wing of Estate Office, UT Chandigarh carries out a demolition dirve in Pocket No.9 of Manimajra ,Also seals a Coal Depot in Sector 28 on account of misuse and building violations. The notice on account of misuse and building violation was issued by the SDM ( East) exercising the powers of Estate Officer, UT Chandigarh in respect of Coal Depot in Sector 28, Chandigarh. Despite several opportunities the owners/occupiers failed to remove the building violations and misuse. SDM( East) finnally ordered the sealing of area of the premises being under the misuse/ building violations . it is again reiterated that the Enforcement Wing of Estate Office will continue to take action against the violators in the coming day.
