Chandigarh: Senior politician Makhan Singh Lalka, former incharge of the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) from Nabha constituency, today rejoined the party in the presence of SAD president Sukhbir Singh Badal.
Welcoming Mr Lalka back into the party fold at the party headquarters here, Mr Sukhbir Badal said “Mr Lalka is a panthic leader of good standing and his return to the party will give it a boost in Nabha and adjoining areas' '. He assured Mr Lalka and his supporters of due honour and responsibility in the party. Mr Lalka on his part assured the party president that he will work as a disciplined soldier of the SAD.
