BJP Chandigarh releases 'Sankalp Patra'

Chandigarh : While releasing Chandigarh's 'Sankalp Patra', the BJP has included future plans along with 38 achievements of the last ten years. In this, Chandigarh has been placed at the first position as an aspirational city. Union Minister Hardeep Puri said since the Model Code of Conduct has been imposed, today he can assure that after the victory of BJP candidate Sanjay Tandon, work will be done on many schemes to rejuvenate the Chandigarh Lok Sabha constituency. He said BJP's resolution letter has been prepared on the basis of suggestions from the people of Chandigarh. He said the BJP candidate from Chandigarh, Sanjay Tandon is a qualified and experienced candidate. He appealed to the people of Chandigarh to play their role in the all-round development of Chandigarh by making Tandon victorious. He said at the time of elections, BJP issues resolution papers and other political parties also issue them, but the basic difference between the resolutions of BJP and other parties is that like other political parties, the resolution letter of BJP is not issued in two or three letters within the four walls. It is noy prepared by people sitting down, rather it is prepared by taking many suggestions from people. Puri said high standards of good governance have been set. BJP candidate Sanjay Tandon said BJP's resolution letter has been prepared under the chairmanship of BJP State Vice President Shakti Prakash Devshali after receiving 13 thousand suggestions and suggestions received from various organizations of Chandigarh. He said keeping in view the demand of time and the suggestions of the people, the BJP has now made preparations to develop the country's first planned city Chandigarh as an aspirational city. BJP's aim is to fully develop the city as per the hopes and aspirations of the people of Chandigarh. So that every class gets modern facilities and employment opportunities. The youth of the country may get attracted towards Chandigarh rather than other metropolitan cities and choose it as the city of their golden future. Tandon said for this, first of all it is necessary that this city develops as a tourism and event city. There is immense potential to develop Chandigarh as a medical hub, education hub, start-up and business hub, sports hub. When it moves in this direction, it will definitely be a leading city of India. Tandon said the changes made on the basis of need by the people living in Chandigarh Housing Board houses due to increase in the family with time, will be regularized on the Delhi pattern. Along with this, efforts will also be made to regularize the changes made to the allottees of Cooperative Housing as per the requirement. The housing scheme of the government employees which was canceled by the Congress, attacking the aspirations of the government employees of Chandigarh, will be re-implemented by the BJP. The housing scheme will be implemented by removing price related discrepancies. Ownership rights in colonies The residents of tenement colonies have been paying a regular fee to the administration for years, but despite this they have not been given ownership rights. People living in all such houses will be given ownership rights after setting a policy. Provision of affordable housing scheme Chandigarh being 'land-locked', the prices of residential properties here are very high. Due to high prices, a large number of people are unable to buy residential houses etc. here. Efforts will be made to provide houses to such people and to find a suitable place to fulfill their dream of owning a house in Chandigarh by making provision for multi-storey affordable housing scheme. Regularizing the construction of marla houses A large section of the city lives in Marla houses who have made minor changes or additions to their houses as per the requirement. All these changes will also be regularized. Promotion of startups for youth Chandigarh's Startup Policy will be implemented to promote startup culture. The city's startups will be provided with infrastructure like co-working space, mentorship, ease of incorporation process, early stage 'seed funding', industry connect and industry loans, if required. playground The Bharatiya Janata Party government is organizing events like 'Khelo India' to increase the interest of youth towards sports. Keeping in view the needs of the youth, playgrounds will be developed in all areas and they will have basic facilities.
