The students presented a short skit to show the importance of labour in our daily life. Some students also recited poems for workers.

Later, special gifts were given to some workers who had made an outstanding contribution to the welfare of the school and thus acknowledged their work and motivated others by School Director J S Kesar as a token of love.

While speaking at the moment he shared information about the origin of Labour Day in India and the world. He told that Labour Day differs in every essential way from the other holidays of the year. All other holidays are in a more or less degree connected with conflicts and battles of man's prowess over man, of strife and discord for greed and power, of glories achieved by one nation over another but Labour Day is neither devoted to particular living or dead, or sect, race,  nation rather it is the celebration of common man.

Principal  Suchi Grover guided the students to be respectful towards the workers as well as their valuable appearance in their lives. She also congratulated and thanked them for their selfless services. Apart from this, she focused on the priceless contribution of the workers for the smooth functioning of the institution.
