FDDI Banur Campus, September 9, 2023 – The Footwear Design and Development Institute (FDDI) is delighted to announce the upcoming Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony for the construction of a state-of-the-art Girls Hostel at its Banur Campus. With a capacity to accommodate 242 students, this hostel underscores the institute's dedication to providing a safe and conducive environment for aspiring young women pursuing education in the field of footwear design and fashion design. The ceremony will be graced by the presence of Shri Som Parkash, Minister of State for Commerce and Industry, who will be laying the foundation stone. His participation highlights the government's support for educational initiatives that empower women and promote skill development.
